Shipping policy

For orders containing a downloadable pattern file(s), the file is available for download on the Order Confirmation page. You will also automatically receive the standard order confirmation email, followed by an email containing a link to the file. Please note that the emailed link expires within 24 hours after purchase. In the event a link expires, retry the link and a new link will be sent to the same email. If you do not receive your link, please reach out to us at lambfarmdesigns@gmail.com or use our contact page and we will manually resend the link.

Physical or printed patterns will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Physical orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking which will be sent to the email used at purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders*.
